I purchased the b70 @ Costco even after reading reviews that everyone said the pump failed or other numerous problems people were encountering with a Costco bought Keurig..Ive had the unit for a month and havent had an issue yet..I read a review here somewhere that said to pop a hole in the bottom of every KCup because if not the air travels into the water line and eventually the pump burns out from trying to pump water with so much trapped air in the line..I believe that could be the issue why so many pumps fail..Ever since reading that review I have popped a small hole in the bottom of each KCup with a sharp knife forcing all of the air out of the KCup.Press your finger on the top part of the KCup and as you pop a hole in the bottom then you will feel and hear the air go out the hole...So far so good and I havent had any issues with the unit..It takes a couple of seconds to pop the hole and force the air out then you can get to enjoy your coffee..Give it a shot and see if it works for you and please leave comments on if it worked for you..Enjoy
